Allison Transmission is hiring an onsite Talent Development Lead for our Talent Management team in Indianapolis IN.

Your Role at Allison
As the Talent Development Lead for the talent management team and reporting to the Director of Talent Management you will guide the performance and succession COEs at Allison Transmission.
You will facilitate the design development and delivery of COE initiatives that align with the organizations most pressing business challenges and talent skill gaps. You will create custom solutions and use industry acknowledged programs that challenge and support our employees to be their best while achieving Allisons longterm strategic goals.

Were looking for a proactive customerfocused professional who works effectively in fastpaced environments balancing multiple priorities with ease. Youre an agile learner who embraces change innovates processes and communicates clearlywhether in person over email or through presentations. Organized yet adaptable youre a techsavvy talent systems administrator and a collaborative team player who brings creativity and action to everything you do.
Required
Bachelors degree in industrial and organizational psychology psychology human resources management or related field OR equivalent experience or a mix of education and experience.
7 years of experience in a corporate talent environment overseeing performance succession development and assessment programs.
Expertise in designing and implementing talent process enhancements.
Preferred
Strong preference will be given to those with experience as a Workday talent business process owner.
Experience with manufacturing and global teams.
Certifications in Hogan tools.
