Position Overview:

Hutcheon and Pearce are seeking a proven leader to join our Penrith location as the Branch Manager. Leading a team of 12 you will be responsible for training and supporting your direct reports whilst providing extensive guidance and ensuring smooth operations within all areas of the Branch. As Branch Manager you are at the forefront of our operations: working towards creating and fostering an engaged highperforming and motivated team that continuously delivers exceptional customer experiences and achieves profitable growth of the Branch. You will be responsible for the development and of the branch business plan that aligns with the companys strategic goals as well as overall branch performance.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develops and executes branch business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Supports managers in implementing initiatives and driving departmental growth.
  • Fosters collaboration between Branch and Functional Management teams.
  • Communicates company values vision and mission within the branch.
  • Ensures effective communication across departments through meetings and updates.
  • Implements best practices and consistent processes across all departments.
  • Reports branch performance to the Functional Management team.
  • Oversees marketing activities facility maintenance and branch appearance.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and resolves escalated issues.
  • Serves as the escalation point for customer and employee concerns.
  • Directly manages Sales Branch Admin Parts and Service teams.
  • Coaches sales professionals and branch managers for performance and growth.
  • Drives financial performance through sales market positioning and cost control.
  • Represents the company in key machinery sales when needed.
  • Manages inventory within the region as required.
  • Provides feedback to the Functional Management team to support branch success.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

  • 1 Additional years experience as a parts or service manager or in a sales role preferred.
  • Familiar with John Deere and competitive products and sales parts and service operations.
  • Experience dealing with elevated customer issues.
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas (desired): Turf and golf equipment Small construction equipment General agricultural equipment and small engines
  • Ability to lead coach and motivate diverse teams and people.
  • Ability to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Solid analytical business planning problem solving and communication skills.
