Job Description
Overview:
Latino Counseling Center a growing family of bilingual caregivers has been serving the English and Spanishspeaking communities since 2018. We are dedicated to helping individuals families and couples cope with personal struggles and mental health issues. We are excited to present our services to the community and continue fostering a safe confidential and professional environment.
The Outpatient Clinician at Latino Counseling Center provides individual family and group therapy services in an outpatient setting. This role involves conducting assessments developing and implementing treatment plans and delivering evidencebased therapeutic interventions. The Outpatient Clinician works with clients of all ages to address a range of mental health issues supporting their journey toward improved mental health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual group and family therapy to clients.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
- Masters degree in Human Services Clinical Mental Health Counseling Social Work Psychology or any related field.
- LICSW LMHC LMFT or licenseeligible.
- Valid license or eligibility in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
