Key Responsibilities
Team Management Hire train and mentor team members to build a highperforming innovation team.
Project Management Oversee and coordinate R&D projects ensuring timely delivery and .
Technical Expertise Provide technical guidance feedback and troubleshooting support.
Quality Assurance Ensure product quality manage technical risks and optimize processes.
Communication Act as a bridge between management clients and team members.
Innovation & R&D Drive research and development initiatives to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
