Job Description
MAIN FUNCTION: Under direction of the Medical Student Program Director (MSPD) the Medical Student Coordinator performs administrative tasks necessary for the effective operation of medical students on the Griffin Hospital campus. The Medical Student Coordinator is the primary point of contact with many internal and external organizations and individuals community leaders etc. The Medical Student Coordinator may represent the MSPD at meetings events and special functions.
Other duties include providing clerical support to other departments as assigned by the division vice president.
EDUCATION: High School diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience working with medical students or in medical education training programs required.
