Join our Group Finance team as a Group Financial Controller and work with diverse tasks in an international environment. Your main focus will be ensuring highquality external financial reporting under IFRS while collaborating with finance teams across 17 countries and various Group functions.

About the role
As a Group Financial Controller within Group Finance you will have the chance to work with varied tasks and a broad range of competencies. The main focus is to ensure quality and timeliness in Verisures externalfinancial reporting according toIFRS. You will be in close dialogue with the local finance functions in the 17 countries where we operate as well as with Group Internal Control Group Treasury Group Tax Group Legal and Group FP&A.
The position will be based in Malm and you will be seated together with colleagues from the broader Group Finance team based in Malm. You will be reporting to Senior Group Financial Controller who is based in Malm Sweden. The Group Finance team has members based in different locations such as Geneva Malm Madrid Lisbon Paris and Linkping.
We work together as a team with shared responsibilities and your main areas of responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Monthly review process in holding entities
- Preparation ofannual and quarterly reportsaccording toIFRS
- Perform recurring as well as adhoc analyses
- Monthly review of tax reporting from entities within the Group
- Be involved in updating and revising theaccountingprinciples for the Group
- Be involved in ESG related questions
- Ad hocaccountingquestions and analyses
What you bring
We are looking for a positive and openminded teamplayer with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. You have a keen interest inaccountingrelated topics and you enjoy working in a handson teamoriented environment.
You can easily navigate international and multicultural environments and you also work well with different stakeholders always focusing on solutions and customer needs.
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance / economics / accounting / business
- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience fromfinancial accounting/reporting or similar
- Skilled inExcel
- Advanced/Proficient level ofEnglish ismandatory
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Meriting:
- An interest in AI and its applications in financial analysis and decisionmaking.
- Experience as an auditor
- Working in an international or listed company
- Knowledge ofIFRS regulations
