Senior Account Executive
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the FinTech space EC1 Partners is working exclusively with an innovative FinTech company dedicated to enhancing the financial health and operational efficiency of banks and credit unions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic NYCbased team.
What you will be doing:
- Cultivating key client relationships and closing new partnerships to meet or exceed revenue and booking goals with bank and credit union partners.
- Playing a pivotal role in achieving ambitious revenue targets through strategic client engagement and partnerships.
- Maintaining frequent highquality contact with clients and partners to ensure ongoing success acting as a senior point of contact while relaying critical feedback to the founding and product teams.
- Independently launching and driving major initiatives around partnerships and client growth positioning yourself as each clients primary advocate within the firm.
- Organizing and managing client databases and calendars setting benchmarks for best practices in CRM utilization meeting cadence and communication touchpoints.
What you will bring:
- Experience as an account executive or in partnerships within finance banking or technology.
- A proven track record of cultivating closing growing and maintaining key highvalue client and partner relationships.
- Exceptional organization and professionalism along with comfort in datadriven business development practices.
- Ability to handle ambiguous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility and skill.
- Enthusiasm for life and careerchanging work in a startup environment.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) trustworthy and calm under pressure.
- A strong interest in financial systems markets technology and banking.
- 5 years of sales experience.
