The Role & Why Youre Needed

In a sector brimming with potential for techdriven efficiency your role is vital. As an integral part of our expanding sales team youll build personal relationships and convert prospects within the Enterprise segment directly contributing to our mission.

At Stotles your growth is paramount. Youll not only shape the future of our sales team but also have a clear path to leadership roles as we scale. Heres what we promise:

A Week in Your Life:

Next Steps

At each stage of the interview process well ensure you have time to ask questions and get to know more about the role and our team. We aim to follow a three or four stage process but this can change form time to time. Well keep you updated if that happens.

Stage 1 Intro call: Video call. Approx. 30minute. A chance to get to know each other and chat through your experiences motivations and goals.

Stage 2 Experience Interview: Video call. Approx. 30 minutes a deeper dive with our CEO to discuss your sales acumen and expertise

Stage 3 Communication & Skills Assessment: Video call. Approx. 60 minutes. 45 minutes on a sales discovery role play followed by a QA.

Stage 4 Meet the team: Inperson. Approx. 60 minutes. A chance to get to know the team make sure were the right fit for you (and vice versa) and ask any outstanding questions about life at Stotles.

From here we will make a final decision. We aim to offer successful candidates a role within 3 days subject to reference checks.
