Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced Centre Manager ready to shape a brandnew childcare centre opening midyear We are looking for an inspiring Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor) to establish and lead our stateoftheart early learning centre in Ripley QLD.

At our centre we are committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Our mission is to support young families by offering highquality childcare tailored to the unique needs of each child. About the Role

As the Centre Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our centre ensuring excellence in education compliance and community engagement. You will lead a team of dedicated educators and create a warm engaging environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and inspire a team of educators fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Oversee daytoday operations ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of children.
  • Build strong lasting relationships with families providing exceptional service and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Manage enrolments budgets and administrative tasks to ensure efficient centre operations.
  • Ensure a safe engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports every childs growth and wellbeing.

About You

  • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with a preference for a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience: Proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication organisational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid Certificate.
