Key Responsibilities:

• Provides real time support during an assigned shift to internal customers in cargo ramp sales customer service and other operating groups relating to cargo and dangerous goods
• Support includes a broad variety of subject matter such as: product information security dangerous goods policies/procedures/clearance automated system applications usage revenue management and embargoes
• This support also consists of UC360 system testing providing guidance to customers on how to complete transactions and assistance on how to address error messaging
• Responsibilities include providing support to internal customers regarding dangerous goods handling that may involve remote dangerous goods acceptance
• In addition a CRIS agent performs other functions within the scope of their duties to provide quality customer service
• The starting pay is $19.07/Hour according to the current Passenger Service Agreement Contract

Whats needed to succeed:

• High school diploma required
• Knowledgeable about cargo operations processes policies and procedures
• Experience with UC360
• Strong interpersonal and customerservice skills
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work any shift weekends and holiday
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
