At this time we are looking for a groomer with at least one year experience and need to hire as soon as possible. Full book of clients. We can offer parttime or fulltime position. We are a quickly expanding company and searching for someone to join our growing team and client base. We also need this groomer to have experience grooming cats as it is a necessary addition to our team!

Responsibilities:
- Drive our stateoftheart 2023 Mercedes Sprinter van to scheduled appointments in the Tampa area equipped with the latest insulation technology to ensure you can work in comfort all year long.
- Provide professional grooming services including bathing brushing trimming and styling according to customer preferences and breed standards.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process by employing gentle handling techniques and positive reinforcement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of each pets coat condition skin health and overall wellbeing and communicate any concerns to the pet owners.
- Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and recommend appropriate grooming products for home care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van ensuring all grooming equipment and supplies are sanitized and wellmaintained.
- Rebooking appointments and managing existing appointments ensuring timely arrivals and efficient use of time to maximize productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries addressing concerns and always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- A love of animals!
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a deep understanding of various grooming techniques breedspecific cuts and coat types.
- Grooming license for any areas we service (required)
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record with the ability to drive a grooming van safely and efficiently.
- Passion for working with animals and a demonstrated ability to handle pets of all sizes temperaments and breeds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners and provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver highquality grooming services.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet appointment schedules.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours based on customer demand.
- Certification from a reputable grooming school or a similar grooming qualification is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift to 50lbs and/or heavy dogs temporarily.

Compensation: $1200.00 $1700.00 per week
