This role will be a strategic partner and collaborate with the business to evaluate and enhance compensation practices ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness as well as analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend strategies. Acting as a trusted resource in the application of compensation management principles you will lead various compensation and data analytics projects supporting the strategic business needs associated with compensation. In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Conduct analyses as needed to support the development implementation and administration of compensation programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with the business to help identify trends and provide recommendations to resolve compensation related issues.
  • Providing recommendations to HR leadership regarding salary adjustments promotions and new hire compensation based on data analysis.
  • Participate and support various ongoing Global Compensation transformation projects
  • Partner with the field HR to evaluate current pay practices and needs and help to determine future path forward and implementation
  • Develop salary range and hourly pay structures using job descriptions market data comparison and internal equity analysis Complete cost impact for implementation
  • Assist in creating and maintaining compensation partner reporting tools and data.
  • Partner with team to work on data integrity projects to strengthen system data and the resulting analytic and programs.
  • Assist in development of standard reporting tools for ongoing business partnering needs and research and fulfill various data requests and analysis
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate compensation insights to stakeholders

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Finance or related field required
  • Relevant years of progressive experience in compensation HR Reporting/Analytics finance analysis or other closely related experiencecommensurate with the level of this position.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Must possess strong math analytical and writing skills
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to all levels of the organization
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in compensation HR Reporting/Analytics finance analysis or other closely related experience
  • Compensation or financial analysis experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in database management preferred
  • Experience in report crafting preferred
