Teach engaging swim lessons using British Swim Schools unique methods
Maintain uptodate certifications (well help you get them!
Bring energy enthusiasm and FUN to every class!
Work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays 3PM7PM) and weekends 8AM1PM)

Comfortable in the water (strong swimming skills are a bonus but we can help you improve!
Available for weekdays 3PM7PM) and weekends 8:30AM2PM)
High school diploma (or currently working towards one)
Passion for working with kids & making a difference!
Customer service experience 1 year preferred)
Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (can be obtained during training)
12 years of swim experience (preferred but not required)

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementaryaged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a childfocused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the Survival of the Littlest.
