Company Overview:
About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager (B2B SaaS) 25 years) with a strong technical background to oversee the and delivery of our B2B Procurement SaaS product. Our platform helps businesses manage procurement activities with a focus on ERP integrated end to end requisition to pay. This role ensures smooth project team collaboration and timely software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Oversight
Manage endtoend delivery of features improvements and releases.
Align development with business goals timelines and customer expectations.
Identify risks and ensure smooth project .
Oversee project timelines scope and budgets.
Team Coordination & Agile Management
Act as a liaison between development teams product management and stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning standups retrospectives).
Ensure prioritization based on business impact and feasibility.
Technical Oversight & ProblemSolving
Leverage your technical background (if applicable) to address team challenges.
Work with Tech Leads Architects and DevOps to optimize performance scalability and security.
Ensure code quality CI/CD integration and automated testing best practices are followed.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Communicate project status risks and progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and technical feasibility.
Manage external vendors and thirdparty integrations.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Improve processes to enhance delivery speed and team efficiency.
Define KPIs for ontime delivery quality and performance.
Promote DevOps culture and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
35 years of experience in software delivery/project management.
Experience with B2B SaaS or procurementrelated products.
Strong knowledge of Agile development and SDLC.
Ability to remove blockers and improve team efficiency.
Familiarity with JIRA Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problemsolving and stakeholder management skills.
Optional Skills
Technical background in .NET Core React APIs AWS/Azure.
Knowledge of procurement processes auctions and compliance.
Experience with vendor management and security protocols.
