**Job Title: Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver**
**Location:** Phoenix AZ
**Job Type:** Parttime/Fulltime (flexible hours available)

We are currently seeking a committed and reliable Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver to join our growing team.
**Job Summary:**
As a Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to help individuals with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and wellbeing. You will work closely with clients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while providing compassionate care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
Help with mobility and movement including transferring clients in and out of bed or vehicles.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients engaging them in conversation and activities.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients health conditions.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry cleaning and maintaining a safe and tidy living environment.
Document and report any changes in clients conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or personal care preferred.
Minium of 5 years experience in a caregiving role or similar position is a plus (agency company facility or related businesses).
Knowledge of basic caregiving principles personal hygiene and safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate patient and empathetic demeanor.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
