About the Role: Service Advisor Assistant

As a Service Advisor Assistant youll play a key role in supporting our Service Advisors and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Youll be performing active deliveries service followup calls and quality control activities. Youll assist with administrative duties and providing coverage when a Service Advisor isnt available. Youll also assist with our growing rental car business!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Daily Operations
    • Assist with active deliveries ensuring customers understand the services performed on their vehicles.
    • Conduct service followup calls to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide Backup Coverage
    • Step in for Service Advisors when needed handling client inquiries and scheduling appointments.
    • Answer phones promptly to ensure seamless communication.
  • Enhance Client Experience & Quality Control
    • Perform quality control checks on completed services to meet company standards.
    • Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Administrative & Organizational Support
    • Assist in scheduling service appointments and gathering client and vehicle information.
    • Maintain uptodate service department forms menus and pricing
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors
    • Work closely with Service Advisors to streamline daily operations and alleviate workload.
    • Help implement a consistent quality control process to reduce service comebacks.
  • Customer Engagement & Service Upselling
    • Assist Advisors in explaining completed work and charges to clients.

What youll need to be successful:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
1 years of experience in customer service or administration (automotive industry experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail for quality control and accurate documentation
Familiarity with automotive service processes and terminology is a plus
Ability to pass a drug screening background check and motor vehicle report
