A growing postdamage cleanup company is seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to network with building managers and public adjusters to refer damaged properties for cleanup services. This role is focused on building relationships and generating referrals to drive business growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Networking & Relationship Building:
Network with building managers property owners and public adjusters to establish and maintain referral relationships.
Build a strong network of industry professionals who can refer damaged properties in need of cleanup services.
Referral Generation:
Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and properties in need of postdamage cleanup.
Develop strategies to generate consistent and quality referrals.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Engage with prospects to explain services and the benefits of partnering with the company.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure longterm relationships and repeat business.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth referrals and service delivery.
Track and report on business development efforts and referral outcomes.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development sales or a related field.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
