Job Description
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team! As a leader youll oversee venue operations ensuring exceptional guest service and flawless . Youll wear many hats from scheduling and staff development to cost control and inventory management. But most importantly youll create a positive collaborative atmosphere where your team can shine.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate daily operations keeping everything running smoothly.
- Lead by example fostering a fun friendly and efficient work environment.
- Hire train and develop top talent empowering them to succeed.
- Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and guests.
- Manage budgets and inventory minimizing costs and maximizing profit.
Qualifications
- Were looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 13 years of food and beverage experience in a similar role.Alternativelya blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke noise and bright lights.
- This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Must have the ability to acquire a Food Handlers Card.
- Ability to obtain a state issued alcoholic beverage license.
