Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
- Support QA PreSales Analyze customer needs assess project feasibility and provide expert recommendations.
- Lead Automation & Performance Demos Showcase best practices tools and strategies.
- Drive Success Stories Share internal and external case studies to demonstrate value.
- Contribute to Marketing Campaigns Strengthen brand presence through mindshare and best practices.
- Oversee Test Automation PoC Implementation Define scopes implement PoCs and present benefits.
- Ensure Service Excellence Manage pipeline capacity and service health reporting.
- Maintain Quality & Compliance Oversee dashboards delivery reviews and centralized standards.
- Foster Knowledge Sharing Drive interactive knowledge management and strategy alignment.
Skills and Experience
- 1215 years of experience in IT Service Delivery & QA.
- TOSCA certification and strong technical expertise.
- Proven skills in Service & Delivery Management including pipeline handling and service health monitoring.
- Experience with automation performance testing and QA best practices.
- Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
