The opportunity

Here at EBOS Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Health Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join the WHS team and facilitate the further development of a proactive and preventive health and safety culture.
Reporting to the National Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager you will be responsible to support help develop and oversee a consistent approach to management and compliance in relation to health safety and wellbeing risks across the group and coordinate and provide advice to our operational sites on key health and safety requirements such as risk assessments hazard management legislative compliance training technical advice audits/inspections coaching incident investigations consultation strategic objectives and health and wellbeing programs.
To ensure best practice you must work closely with relevant stakeholders across the sites (within Victoria with occasional travel to Tasmania). As such your ability to effectively engage and build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in relation to both strategic and operational matters will be critical to success.
A willingness to base yourself at varying locations within Melbourne (mainly in SE Suburbs) as well as a current drivers license will be essential.
