The Director of Marketing and New Community Development will lead the development and of marketing strategies to drive the growth engagement and brand awareness of our company in Andover Minnesota. The Director will be responsible for fostering relationships with external stakeholders referral sources community organizations businesses and local influencers to drive interest and generate leads.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales and marketing position preferably in real estate senior properties or hospitality services.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housing assisted living or senior service settings.
