Responsibilities
Shadow the leaders within all Outlets and Culinary departments
Become proficient with operating systems used in the restaurant
Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
Understand steps of service and ensure compliance with Food and Beverage Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
Perform any other job related duties as assigned
