  • Parttime 0.4 EFT / 32 Hours) to August 2025

About us

Ngamai Wilam is anewly built 12bed residential eating disorder treatment facilityin Armadale set to open inMay 2025. Jointly funded by theAustralian Federal Governmentand theVictorian Government this specialiststatewide servicewill be managed byAlfred Health.

The service will provide24/7 traumainformed recoveryfocused carefor adults aged 18 and over in agenderinclusive homelike therapeutic environment. With a strong focus onfamily and chosen supports Ngamai Wilam is committed todelivering highquality personcentred care that promotes longterm recovery.

About the role

A the Research and Evaluation Officer you will:

  • support the development and implementation of research and evaluation initiatives at Ngamai Wilam by conducting evidence reviews stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
  • contribute to research activities under the direction of senior research team members ensuring alignment with service priorities and bestpractice care.

About You

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
  • Honours degree in psychology sociology or other social science discipline.
  • Experience in a previous research role would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in research administration including managing participant databases and coordinating research assessments.
  • Australian working rights.
  • CurrentVictorian Drivers License Working with Children Check and Background Check.
