Range $120k $225k Finance Managers at Sommers Average $160k!!!
Summary: The F&I Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the sale with the assistance from the sales and management team.Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality are essential for success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with all team members to ensure an efficient and smooth transaction for the client while maximizing dealer profits.

Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Econtracting via Dealertrack
- Presenting and selling finance warranty and insurance products
- Participation in ongoing training menu selling and assisting in all operations of the dealership
- Ensure all state federal and dealer documents are accurate and completed

Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment within an automotive dealership. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend stand or walk as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work vary. Monday through Friday one day off during the week and every Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years or more of automotive finance experience
- Proven track record of success
