This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. This position will manage the ARU for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive Flexi Utilisation of salaried customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilization Achieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent Metrics Identifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings Monitor & measure key conversion productivity & data penetration metrics Retaining high performers and replace poor performers Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint
Required Qualifications and Experience
Good experience of MS Excel Good understanding of MIS reporting and Audit Excellent communication skills. Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a selfstarter
