Banking & Finance Lawyer role

- Work on Tier 1 Banking & Finance matters specializing in corporate lending leveraged finance and project and real estate finance serving a diverse client base that includes leading commercial banks debt funds private equity firms large corporates and emerging businesses.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year PQE as a lawyer in a recognised practice.
About your new employer:
- Toptier law firm consistently ranked Band 1: Banking & Finance for the last 15 years
- Their B&F practice focuses on corporate lending leveraged finance as well as project and real estate finance
- Clients range from leading commercial banks debt funds private equity firms large corporates and growing businesses.
About the role:
- You will advise major banks financial institutions and corporate clients on corporate finance real estate finance leveraged finance and general lending transactions.
- An excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain handson experience in complex financing deals develop strong client relationships and grow within a highperforming and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer 1 PQE.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission with strong academics
- Must have a minimum of 1 year PQE as a B&F lawyer in a recognised mid or toptier firm.
