We are currently seeking FullTime Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour.

Position: We will provide you with the tools knowledge and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and other customer service issues.
- Collect past due accounts.
- Retrieve records and information.
- Research check and verify information.
- Communicate with other businesses process payments send paperwork and keep records.

Preferred:
- One 1 year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Analytical ProblemSolving and Negotiating skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Varies MondayFriday between 8am7pm
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
