We are seeking a skilled Oracle AIA Developer for a fulltime midlevel position at our Hyderabad and Bangalore offices. You will be pivotal in integrating and delivering Oracle AIA solutions ensuring alignment with our strategic business goals. The candidate should be familiar with Oracle technologies and possess excellent problemsolving skills.

Proven experience as a Oracle AIA Developer working on largescale integration projects involving implementation of Oracle AIA Order to Cash (O2C) AABC Process Integration Packs (PIPs)Oracle SOA Suite BPEL and XSLT.
Indepth knowledge of Oracle AIA including AIA Foundation Pack AIA Enterprise Object Library (EBO) and AIA Service Constructor.
Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite including Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Oracle BPEL Process Manager Oracle Mediator and Oracle Business Rules.
Experience in implementing and customizing Oracle AIA Process Integration Packs (PIPs) specifically the Order to Cash (O2C) and AABC PIPs.
Proficiency in BPEL (Business Process Language) and XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) for designing and developing integration interfaces.
Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience working with Oracle AIA (Mandatory skill) in designing and deploying highly scalable Oracle applications.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle AIA Framework essential for creating integrated middlewarebased solutions.
- Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite for implementing robust serviceoriented architecture solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware crucial for integrating diverse IT platforms effectively and securely.
- Ability to utilize Oracle Service Bus in deploying service interactions across disparate systems and applications.
- Handson experience with Oracle BPEL Process Manager for designing executing and monitoring business processes.
- Strong understanding of PL/SQL for database applications enhancing system performance and capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams.

- Develop and integrate Oracle AIA solutions to meet the companys strategic and operational goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise during the lifecycle stages of the integration project.
- Ensure the deployment monitoring and troubleshooting of Oracle middleware technologies.
- Design data integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware components and ensure efficient data flow.
- Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for Oraclebased solutions.
- Foster preventive maintenance solutions to improve system sustainability and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide mentorship to junior Oracle developers in technical methodologies.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional improvement to stay updated with industry trends and new Oracle technologies.
