Overview:
- Build and improve ETL processes to move data in and out of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Use tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Informatica or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Create and manage HCM Extracts HDL scripts and BIP reports.
- Work closely with HR IT and business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and improve performance.
- Make sure data is accurate secure and compliant.
- Help with system upgrades and testing.
Requirements:
- 10 years in ETL development with 5 years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong skills in SQL PL/SQL and scripting (e.g. Shell Python).
- Experience with Oracle HCM tools like APIs Extracts HDL and BIP.
- Familiarity with cloud integration platforms (e.g. OIC Dell Boomi MuleSoft).
- Good understanding of HR data and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
