Your Mission:
Elevate the quality of nursing services for Parkinsons patients
Enhance patient and carer experience
Deliver accurate healthcare information and selfcare advice
Plan and execute treatment at a local level for superior care
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Nurse Advisors and healthcare professionals
Provide timely feedback and reports
Arrange patient visits and develop HCP partnerships
Maintain high standards of care and accurate patient records
Your Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Neurology / Parkinsons disease experience preferable
Proficiency with MS Office and clinical governance knowledge

Relationship Building: Share information and collaborate effectively
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
