Job Description

We are looking for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join our team. The role involves proactive property management administration of property requirements customer care credit control building databases insurance and budgeting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending and managing trustee meetings AGMs and SGMs including typing minutes and preparing for meetings. Strong communication skills in English a valid drivers license and availability to work evenings for meetings are essential. Knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act is required.

Requirements


  • MINIMUM 5 7years property management experience and capable of doing trustee meetings.
  • Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act
  • Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets
  • Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings AGM SGM meetings
  • Must have a car and valid drivers licence
  • Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings AGMs and/or SGMs.
