GuideIT is a US based technology services company focused on providing value to its customers through technology alignment and optimization. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Administratorto join our team onsite in Dallas Texas. Only local candidates will be considered.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team in Dallas. The ServiceNow Administrator will play a primary role in the management and oversight of our ServiceNow environments by providing platform administration integration maintenance and operations skills. They will also be responsible for performing daily administration issue resolution and troubleshooting. This position requires solid technical competence as well as great teamwork communication and a passion for solving technical issues to delight our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design implement and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Consult with service leaders business process / product owners customers users and other stakeholders to develop and analyze customer requirements
  • Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful technically sound projects that are completed on time and budget
  • Design and implement client scripts business rules workflows dashboards or reports and otherwise configure or modify applications to meet business requirements
  • Track prioritize and implement enhancement requests and defect corrections while leveraging structured Change Management processes
  • Deliver ServiceNow application support and operations to include usage & data integration monitoring user / role MACD code migrations replications patching and upgrades
  • Create and maintain system design procedures and operations documentation (as needed)
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to other associates & users as necessary
  • Minor development of ServiceNow apps including modification to existing ITSM modules
  • Perform regular ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB maintenance
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to perform ServiceNow platform administration and seamless coordination of development / release / monitoring activities
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills with selforganization and motivation
  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines and handle project tasks along with operations
  • Function well in matrixed team / dynamic environment with internal external and remote staff
  • Excellent communication skills (written verbal listening) and capacity for confidentiality
  • Strong accuracy / attention to detail and time management
  • Appreciation of issues & drivers and instinct to contribute with solution recommendations
  • Ability to learn quickly and continuously
  • Excellent attitude conveyed through outstanding customer service
Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in information systems management or computer science: or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 Years of Solid technology ServiceNow platform experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification preferred
  • Basic Java scripting HTML/CSS AngularJS REST/SOAP PowerShell experience
  • End user support and monitoring of ITSM requests and issue resolution
  • Computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft 365 suite & applications
  • Some SQL Server administration experience (preferred)
