Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are a wellestablished eatery in Westrand catering for a wide range of audiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Previous restaurant management experience is essential.
- Expertise in stock management and purchasing.
- Proficiency in generating daily stock and food cost reports (GAAP knowledge preferred
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 18 staff members.
- Strong customer relations skills with an outgoing personality.
- A valid drivers license.
- Bilingual with strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
