As a Customer Services Specialist within Nutmeg you will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers. Your role will be to provide an outstanding customer experience ensuring that all customer queries are addressed in a timely manner. You will also identify opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals and refer them to the relevant point of contact within Nutmeg when necessary.
