Want a seat at our table Ziosk is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture department and play a key role in attracting sourcing and hiring toptier technical talent. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers develop innovative recruiting strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience to support Ziosks growth and innovation.
The Main Course Responsibilities (Hybrid 3 days onsite after onboarding)
Source screen and interview candidates for engineering IT product and other roles
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn job boards referrals etc. to build a strong talent pipeline
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process ensuring a stellar candidate experience
Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
24 years recruiting experience
Develop strong relationships and partner with employees and hiring managers
Conduct sourcing via social recruiting networking employee referral job postings etc.
What You Bring To The Table Qualifications
Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Experience working in a highgrowth company or tech startup
