About your role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer with a strong focus on DevOps practices to join our team.
The ideal candidate will specialize in building resilient systems proactively addressing operational challenges and optimizing performance.
A deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform Kubernetes and advanced monitoring/alerting strategies is critical. You will drive the reliability scalability and costefficiency of our infrastructure while enabling rapid and stable application delivery.

What will be your mission
- Build cloudbased features that are accessible to our customers.
- Develop and maintain APIs to support application configuration management.
- Collaborate with application teams to refine API requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
- Continuously monitor and refine cloud resource allocation for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability.
- Develop and enhance monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog.
- Ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Work with development teams and customer support to create custom dashboards and alerts for specific applications.
- Evaluate and improve Content Delivery Network (CDN) configurations for optimal performance and costefficiency.
- Optionally contribute to frontend development as part of our system.
OnCall Rotation
- Participate in an oncall rotation to ensure 24/7 system reliability
- Respond promptly to incidents and implement corrective actions
What do we expect you to have
Experience
- 5 years in Python with DevOps SRE exposure.
- 3 experience with GCP (or other cloud providers) Kubernetes and modern infrastructure tooling.
- 3 experience with hightraffic infrastructures and monitoring tools.
- Handson involvement in designing and managing SLOdriven systems.
- Experience with handling multitenant environments is a plus
Technical Skills
- Good proficiency in programming languages (Python Django)
- DevOps mindset
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
- Handson experience with monitoring tools like Datadog Prometheus or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Argo Ecosystem: CD Rollouts) and infrastructureascode tools like Terraform and Helm.
- Strong grasp of CDN technologies caching mechanisms and their impact on application performance.
Soft Skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on proactive problemsolving.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
