Job Overview
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer. The ideal candidate should have handson expertise in managing and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewalls. The role involves maintaining network security troubleshooting issues configuring devices and ensuring smooth network operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls to ensure optimal network performance and security.
- Provide technical support for networkrelated issues ensuring minimum downtime.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure ensuring smooth operation.
- Handle LAN WAN and VPN issues effectively.
- Perform regular network audits and upgrades to enhance security and efficiency.
- Document all network activities configurations and solutions accurately.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of network devices and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification: MCSE / CCNA or an equivalent diploma (mandatory)
- Proficiency with Fortinet Firewall is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of email protocols and professional mail writing.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (basic email writing and documentation).
Shift Timing & Location
- Shift Timings Rotational
- Work from the office & 6 days of work
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of handson experience in network support (with no gaps).
Education
- Graduate from any stream (mandatory).
