About the role:
- Managing highvalue property transactions including acquisitions disposals and leasing.
- Advising major developers and corporations on real estate finance structuring and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts agreements and leasing documentation.
- Providing strategic legal advice on property development planning and land use matters.
- Liaising with clients government authorities and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver highcaliber legal solutions.
The ideal candidate:
- 5 years PQE with experience in property law real estate transactions and leasing.
- Strong expertise in commercial industrial and retail property matters.
- Excellent drafting negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and clientfocused approach with a keen eye for commercial outcomes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a highperforming team.
