A DAY IN THE LIFE

Enthalpy Analytical is part of the larger organization Montrose Environmental Group is comprised of over 9 laboratories servicing air water soil and toxicology testing. Regulations drive the need for our services but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.

The PMAwill be responsible for assisting with loginstorageand verification of client samples verification of chains of custody and client notifications of discrepancies. Youll ideally need at least oneyear of experience in a laboratory environment and welcome the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

As a key member of the laboratory team this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

  • Responsible for assisting with tasks as assigned by Project Manager to support the preparation and completion of project deliverables.
  • Review invoices
  • Prepare reports for financial analysis as assigned
  • Assist with logistical tasks related to procurement and deployment of all necessary equipment for project
  • Assist with handling documentation related to client and vendor set up purchase orders supply procurement etc.
  • Review sample and project related documents including but not limited to Chains of custody order acknowledgments supply requests etc.
  • Keep uptodate and current on industry trends by completing formal training reviewing professional publications and attending professional workshops and conferences.
  • Practice safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations including attendance at all required safety training programs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR EXPERTISE & SKILLS
To perform this job successfully individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
  • 1 years of environmentalrelated experience

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to interface with crossfunctional teams and all levels of personnel/management
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities (i.e. selfstarter selfmotivated)
  • Flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent changes and altered priorities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills. Ability to anticipate and recognize problems and communicate details with laboratory and management personnel assisting with diagnosing root causes and taking corrective action to prevent recurrence.
