Job Title: Adjunct Instructor of Chemistry (applicant pool)

Reporting Structure: AdjunctChair of Natural SciencesDean of CSEMProvost

Division: Department of Natural Sciences

Job Summary: This is a parttime Adjunct teaching position in the Department of Natural Sciences.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be expected to teach at the undergraduate level.

Preferred candidates for the position must hold a Masters degree or a Ph.D. degree in a chemical science.

Required Skills/Abilities: Familiarity with learning management systems (Canvas Blackboard etc.

Education and Experience:

Applicants should have a Masters degree or a PhD in a chemical science.
Applicants should have a strong commitment to teaching at a liberal arts school. Evidence of successful teaching at the college level is required.
The candidate must be prepared to affirm and support the Christian and liberal arts mission of Bethune Cookman University.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
