Where We Need You

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Oracle team.

What You Can Expect

As a Senior Manager youll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk. Youll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking and devise solutions to support your clients needs through using the latest tools and methods. Youll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. Youll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Financial modules:

• General Ledger

• Cash Management

• Fixed Assets

• Projects

• Grants

• Experience with guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation

• Successful completion of three or more endtoend implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials

• Ability to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles

• Ability to provide expert advice guidance and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network including with senior executives.

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or cliental

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals mentoring and coaching oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

• Experience optimizing clients technology infrastructure processes and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

• Candidate should demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge

• Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS CIS.

• 7 years working in a related field either in professional services or industry.

• 3 successful deployments of Oracle ERP Cloud Implementations

• Oracle Cloud Financials expertise in General Ledger Cash Management Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Project Accounting and Grants.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to inperson requirements vary by client project team and other business factors. Our people work both inperson in local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or outofstate travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
