About the Role:
How do you build a worldclass sales organization By creating a bestinclass Business Development organization. We are actively looking to bring on the best and the brightest professionals to join our BDR team. As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify leads setting the stage for the sales team to close deals. We need strong communicators who are quick learners and have a natural sales instinct. This role requires a proactive approach to sales excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within the company.
What Youll Do:
- Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging and nurturing leads.
- Uncover prospects priorities/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set qualified meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Continuously learn about our products services and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointmentsetting targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Ability to work hybrid in our Nashville office
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Ability to handle rejection and persevere
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
- Previous cold calling experience is a plus
- Coachability and a team focused mindset

Your compensation may be based on several factors including education work experience and certifications. For certain roles total compensation may include restricted stock units. The ontarget earnings (base pay commissions) for this role:
$70000 $70000 USD
