Job Description
- Meet greet and assist visiting prospective students as well as current students visiting our office.
- Assist with answering phone calls and answering questions or transferring to other departments.
- Making phone calls to interested students to connect them with the right admissions counselor.
- Data entry scanning of application documents and other needs supporting the admissions office processes.
- Small projects as assigned.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Someone who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly/welcoming personality.
- Comfortable on the phone making phone calls as well as receiving phone calls.
- Attention to detail and experience in an office setting/customer service setting is a plus.
- Up to 20hrs per week
- Office is open Monday Friday between 9am and 5pm
