Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Stoneleigh KT17
Salary: OTE 5055k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful forward thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to recruit an Instruction Winning Sales Manager to join their team based in the Stoneleigh area.
The role will involve growing the property register by winning instructions; maximising branch profitability and by managing and developing the sales team to reach their full potential.
You will be a seasoned Estate Agency Sales professional in a similar management role or a capable Assistant Manager with exceptional Listing skills ready to take the next step in your career.
You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated and target driven; well spoken energetic excited about the role and keen to progress a career in the property industry!

Skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential sales estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Success in managing a team
- Good telephone manners and a positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
