HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Vancouver/Torontobased team members work inoffice every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Provide support and guidance to enhance the teams proficiency in sourcing strategies interview techniques and candidate engagement
- While the primary focus of this role will be on technology web Full Stack Sales forces developers) support for other functions will also be required as needed
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency consistency and effectiveness
- Support initiatives to ensure the seamless integration of tools systems and workflows within the talent acquisition function
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders providing datadriven insights on timetofill candidate quality market trends and hiring best practices
- Offer expertise in designing effective interview frameworks competencybased evaluations and equitable assessment methodologies
- Guide hiring managers and interview panels to improve their readiness and ensure consistent unbiased and highquality candidate evaluations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decisionmaking
- Partner with the People Operations team to ensure seamless workflows and integration of recruitment with broader people strategies
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelors degree and or CPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success in both agency and inhouse settings
- Demonstrated ability to design refine and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability
- Strong ability to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and longterm goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency
- Skilled in analyzing and leveraging recruitment metrics to inform decisions and strategies.
- Indepth understanding of and commitment to fostering diversity equity and inclusion in recruitment
- Solid understanding of employment laws compliance and recruitment best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
