McAuley Community Services for Women helps women and children who have faced family violence and homelessness to take control of their lives. Through a range of supports including accommodation legal health recreation and social responses we support women to leave us with restored capacity and greater opportunities for safe housing economic capability and wellbeing. About the role:

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering toptier administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Team ensuring that McAuley not only meets but exceeds its corporate governance obligations.

As the CEOs goto point of contact this role is at the heart of driving seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. From expertly managing the CEOs calendar to proactively handling incoming correspondence youll be the trusted person who ensures that every interaction runs smoothly.

Youll also take the reins in preparing key meeting materials capturing critical insights during Executive and other important meetings and driving action items to make sure the CEO and Executive Team stay on track and meet all deadlines. Your contributions will be key to maintaining the pulse of the organization and fueling its success!

This is a Permanent FullTime 38 hours per week) opportunity based in Footscray within our Office of CEO program. The position reports to the CEO.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including highlevel of attention to detail.
  • The ability to liaise confidently with external stakeholders and work with the CEO and the McAuley Executive team.
  • The ability to organise prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner.

You must have a:

  • Valid and current Drivers Licence;
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check;
