To process and coordinate sales and order administration for all customers in timely and effective fashion while providing support to the Sales Department through actions and the effective implementation of Company objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain all information necessary to provide purchase order numbers and create accurately and timely invoices and delivery notes and forward to the correct personnel for authorisation
Providers and clients registration
Prepare quotes for clients
Complete stock checks
Review all orders to ensure that they meet client specifications
Thorough monitoring of projects and follow up
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Completed High School or equivalent (at least).
Further education would be an advantage.
Basic Accounting.
KNOWLEDGE
Microsoft Office (minimum Word and Excel)
SAP modules SD and MM
Autocad
BOQs (material lists)
Languages:
Italian
High Level of English or High Level of Spanish
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience in administration workings (used to manage
orders and stock and working with customs)
