Technical Support Analyst I
The City of Colorado Springs IT Department is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to join our team. This is an entrylevel position responsible for providing essential technical support troubleshooting and system maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of IT services across the organization. Relevant Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of:
Basic troubleshooting techniques for computer hardware software and peripherals.
Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
IT support best practices and customer service techniques.
Ability to:
Provide handson technical support in a fastpaced IT environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues independently.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical users.
Manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize service requests
