What Youll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals fostering innovation and technical excellence
  • Define and implement best practices in Data Modelling Data Vault 2.0 Dimensional Modelling and influence Data Architecture
  • Working closely with your Peers and other Technical Leaders to integrate and promote Data Modelling capabilities and benefits across the organisation
  • Work closely with Tribe Leads Product Owners and Delivery Partners to ensure seamless collaboration across teams
  • Oversee the allocation and development of chapter members ensuring alignment with Suncorps data strategy
  • Drive the adoption of Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain risk and compliance standards while fostering a datadriven culture

What Youll Bring

  • 10 years of handson experience in data modelling architecture and engineering
  • Proven leadership experience 510 years) in coaching and developing technical professionals
  • Strong expertise in ETL/ELT Data Pipelines Business Intelligence and Data Governance
  • A track record of successfully leading teams through transformation and change
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex organisation
  • A passion for innovation continuous learning and industry best practices
