Position Summary
Corporate Realty is seeking a Research Analyst to support our brokers and clients by providing market data financial analysis and strategic research to drive decisionmaking. This position serves as a strong entry point into the commercial real estate industry offering direct mentorship from experienced brokers and leadership. Analysts gain handson exposure to active deals market strategy and client engagementlaying the foundation for growth into a brokerage or advisory role within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and update property databases and research platforms.
Prepare market surveys property availabilities and competitive analyses.
Analyze lease and sales comparables to assess market trends.
Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support valuations and deal underwriting.
Assist in the preparation of proposals reports and client presentations.
Track market trends developments and new inventory in the Gulf South region.
Support companywide marketing research and business development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (preferred fields: real estate finance economics business or related field).
Recent graduate or 12 years of experience working at a real estate company preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
